Have you ever called a lawyer’s office to ask for advice or information; didn’t like the information you got, and started arguing with the attorney?

In this video I describe how a caller might get upset with the information I’m giving to them over the phone. Once in a while a caller is not happy with the information I provide and gets upset because I will not accept their case.

In that instance, I always ask “Why are you arguing with me? I’m trying to help you.” Watch the video to learn more.
