This is spot-on. I myself have been an expert who was provided with last minute information that seriously changed the tenor of the case. Had I known earlier what I learned just before trial, I could have foreseen the verdict for the defense and so advised the plaintiff&#039;s attorney. A very uncomfortable and expensive learning experience for all involved. Attorneys and experts must know the whole story before deciding on the merits of a case.
